  • Disable the ability for a document to be printed by the end user.
  • Decide whether you want to expire a PDF document at a certain date in time or timeframe from creation. Expiring a document will render the document unable to be opened, even if it resides on a user's desktop. This can be handy in ensuring that requestors always get the most recent transcript record.
  • At any point in time you can decide to disable a PDF document by using the Document Recall™ feature, even when the document resides on a user's desktop.
  • Activate any previously recalled PDF within seconds should the situation arise.
  • Get valuable audit information about any or all PDF documents delivered through the system. Information is available in individual mode view or flexible reporting mode.
  • With the security embedded within the PDF, as described in the security section, recipients can verify the author and content integrity at all times, even when viewing the certified PDF without an available internet connection.
