Avow's +ADDS™ Document Ordering Service (DOS)™ is the most comprehensive ordering service in the industry which includes ordering of any paper or electronic document, with complete credit card processing and PCI compliance. Functionality includes institutional branding, single sign-on with institution's portal, FERPA compliance, SIS integration, and order tracking/history.

Student Choice™ allows students and alumni to attach additional electronic documents (e.g. a resume, portfolio, or graduate school application) as well as receive real-time updates via email or their mobile devices regarding status of and activity related to their transcript or other documents.

Features

  • We brand all ordering pages and email messages for your institution, giving requestors the comfort and confidence of ordering through your service.
  • For those users who authenticate directly through your information systems, we support single-sign-on for immediate authentication into your ordering service. For those who no longer have system access at the institution, we provide a streamlined self-registration process.
  • We provide for integration to your existing SIS or other campus processes for streamlined order processing, eliminating the need for time consuming and error prone rekeying.
  • Document requestors are given the option to include any electronic document attachment be sent along with the secure PDF document. Requestors are also provided with real-time updates, in the form of emails and/or text messages when there is activity to their transcript or other documents, i.e. when a document is opened or printed.
  • We use the look and feel, as well as terminology, familiar with most shopping cart experiences.
  • If you charge for documents, we will collect those fees on your behalf, allowing requestors to pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Any net fees collected on your behalf are remitted back to you monthly.
  • Have confidence that our solution adheres to the strict set of requirements for credit card processing as defined by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
