ADDS PDF Delivery Service

The +ADDS™ Document Delivery Service provides you with the flexibility to decide how your electronic documents are delivered to the intended recipient. For each document type processed, you can decide between the "push" email delivery method or the "pull" from our secure repository method.

For recipients who have many PDF documents awaiting download, i.e. an institution with transcripts sent to them by many other institutions, they can do so in a single session.

Features

  • Decide if a document can be printed, and if so, decide if you want to limit how many times it can be printed.
  • For documents that require a secure delivery model, we provide an easy to use dual email system in which recipients are sent an email invitation to download the secure document from the secure repository, followed by an email containing a unique pass code required to "unlock" access to the document.
  • For those documents that may not carry privileged information, i.e. enrollment certifications, you may choose a single email delivery system where the secure PDF document is delivered as an attachment within the email message.
  • The community of recipients is not a closed or restricted community. Anyone with a valid email address can receive your official documents. Unlike other solutions, recipients do not need to sign up to be an authorized recipient, nor do they need to register to receive your documents. You don't ask other institutions, third parties, or individuals to enroll to receive your paper documents, no need to do so for electronic documents.
  • Automatic status updates are sent to you as well as your document requestors, cutting back on the support calls to your office.
